Trainers of the Forum for Dialogue Among Nations is a team of students and graduates, who have been cooperating with us for several years.  Their fields of study are: psychology, sociology, Hebrew studies, history, pedagogy, and culture studies. They also show a deep interest in Polish-Jewish relations and Holocaust education.

Throughout the year the trainers learn facilitating skills, psychology of group processes, as well as Jewish culture and history. They master all the workshop scenarios under the supervision of experts.

Also, our trainers participate in different activities relating to Polish-Jewish relations: debates, discussions, films, and lectures. Each summer we organize a "Summer School for Trainers," which consists of intensive training in Jewish culture and trainers skills (interpersonal coaching, moderating of discussions, conflict resolution).

Each year we recruit new candidates for trainers.
