Two training sessions took place during the month of May for the Forum's educators. The first was for the twelve new educators, introducing them to how to run the workshops in the Warsaw high schools, and preparing them for leading these workshops in the future. The second training session, for all the educators, was to improve presentation skills.  The educators had a chance to meet with professionals, focusing on diction, eye contact, body language and voice, and providing tips for more effective presentations. The workshop also provided an opportunity for the facilitators to learn how to engage and motivate the group as well as tackle difficult situations that may arise in workshops. The trainers were able to test out these refined skills by acting out scenarios in skits, which were recorded, and then could watch themselves in action.

As part of the School of Dialogue program, the weekend of June 26th, the facilitators had a weekend long training session in Lublin, visiting Majdanek Death Camp, and learning how to facilitate these workshops in rural areas in Poland after summer vacation.
