During 2011, over 800 hundred students from 32 middle and high schools in small towns and villages across Poland and Warsaw took part in Forum’s educational workshops. They discovered and commemorated the rich Jewish heritage of their hometowns, including: Ulanow, Radom, Nowy Sacz, Chelm, Kielce, Tarnowskie Gory, Kock, Parysow, Slawatycze, Wasilkow, Kozienice, Sosnowiec, Szydlow, Kutno, Kalisz, Piastow, Konskie, Piaseczno and Otwock. In January, the Forum will host the School of Dialogue Gala, which will conclude this year’s achievements of the program. It will gather students from all around Poland together with their teachers and school authorities as well as distinguished guests. During the event, the Forum plans to present to a broader audience and media the results and impact of the School of Dialogue.
